Personalised training is made to meet your needs!

In this session, you will not only gain a better understanding of the functional anatomy, and you will also unlock some of the asanas or yoga postures that are challenging to your body. My aim to introduce this unique training is to guide you demonstrate a good form, by getting the right exercises and avoid injury.

Had such an amazing session. I just the 4th session I can see so much improvement in my body. Her instructions are personalised to suit the tightness in my body and this the progress is rapid.
