I've been attending this class for the month. I have a learning disorder, and generally, it's challenging for me to follow the instructions. Teacher Kristen's directions are very clear as she breaks down each movement in a step-by-step format with breathing cues; moreover, she mentions which muscles to engage. While drills are still challenging, Teacher Kristen makes it enjoyable! I can feel improvements in my shoulder mobility after a month of lessons. Thank you <3

I love this Drills for Hip. It helps me focuses on the hip region to gain strength, flexibility and mobility especially I have tight hip. Tight hips are common among those who sit all day long, and this class helps to bring awareness to the hip region on and off the mat. I enjoy this drills class very much.

This class was super useful to open my shoulders! Effective drills nicely sequenced. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to progress with shoulder and upper back mobility!

Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
