Backbends level 1 class is designed for anyone wants to learn the basics of the spine. Through the awareness of breaths and the association with the lower body in order to perform a healthy backbend.
Backbends level 2 class is for anyone wants to have a breakthrough in backbends. We will work with the drills and many passive stretches in order to understand how your front body supports for the deeper backbends. *This class must be preceded by level 1.
Very good class, she very detailed in giving instruction esp for me who is very new to dropback :) . Will join her class again 👍🏻

‘twas a great class, as always.Her sequencing really helped in the preparation for the peak pose. She always remind the class to engage/stretch the muscles needed for the pose. Her cues are on point and very helpful. Thank you
So glad to have this platform that allows me to practice with Kristen. I always have a mental struggle to go for backbend classes but I felt at ease but challenged at the same time with Kristen. Even though the class was just an hour, I learnt a lot of effective and targeted drills that will help me in my backbend practice. Looking forward to the next class!

Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
