A Relaxing time to let go and chill out!

Yin yoga is a fantastic way of releasing any tension in the body and in the mind. Asanas (poses) are held for a longer period to enable the muscles to surrender and improves flexibility and cirulation.

Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
