We focus on slow, deep, breath-work in this class paying special attention to the spleen and stomach meridian for balance and centering. We incorporate exercises such as "Between Heaven and Earth," "Eating the Moon Cream," and "Centering," into a nice flow. We end with an "Open the Flow" sequence to "Warmth of the Sun's Rays" by Hang Massive.
