Such a great class! I haven't exercised in a while but Katherine got me right back to it! She has such a great attitude (and sense of humor) that makes you want to push yourself more. Loved it!

These classes are my favourite. Less than a minute per exercise means that even the toughest ones can be pushed through (knowing you won't have to do them again!)

Class: Yoga Get Up And Go
Undoubtedly the most refreshing way to start a new week and day. Great class with a mixture of the standard yoga moves and a few tough ones to really get the blood pumping. I highly recommend everyone gets on board Kat’s classes!

Class: Tuesday & Thursday Night HIIT
Katherine is always bubbly with a little giggle in between that makes you feel at ease and comfortable to work out in her class. Her mixed sessions are spot on for an overall workout. I’m not a massive fan of grueling high intensity sessions however this 30 min session is absolutely perfect for what I need and can endure. Definitely making it a regular event in my calendar.
