The first class is free!

All you need is an exercise mat, some water, a sweat towel, and loads of enthusiasm. Some classes call for a set of free weights so keep those handy too.

Undoubtedly the most refreshing way to start a new week and day. Great class with a mixture of the standard yoga moves and a few tough ones to really get the blood pumping. I highly recommend everyone gets on board Kat’s classes!

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
