An intensive, effective HIIT workout tailored for all levels, done and dusted in less than 30 minutes.

I want to make fitness accessible to everyone.
I want to make it available to working moms running busy lives.
I want everyone to have the opportunity to live their most optimal lives by feeling great, being healthy, and staying fit.
The first class is free!

All you need is an exercise mat, some dumbbells (best to start with around 2kg, 3kg, and 5kg for when you feel strong enough), some water, a sweat towel, and loads of enthusiasm.

This was such a great class! It was energising, but also tired me out and made me sweat. Katherine is a knowledgeable and fun teacher. I highly recommend this class.

Such a great class! I haven't exercised in a while but Katherine got me right back to it! She has such a great attitude (and sense of humor) that makes you want to push yourself more. Loved it!

Katherine is always bubbly with a little giggle in between that makes you feel at ease and comfortable to work out in her class. Her mixed sessions are spot on for an overall workout. I’m not a massive fan of grueling high intensity sessions however this 30 min session is absolutely perfect for what I need and can endure. Definitely making it a regular event in my calendar.

Amazing! Having not done any form of exercise in months, I was apprehensive and nervous. But Kat was attentive, kind, encouraging, and wonderful. She motivated me the whole way through, when I barely thought I could survive 10 minutes! I left glowing! Will definitely do more of Kat's classes.

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
