Class: Strong Simmah! All Levels Strength
Really nice high cardio class to begin and then we moved into an equally strong but slow flow yoga. A really great class for beginners and just about anyone who wants some support in getting on track of strength training in a sustainable way. I love Mandy's pace, patience, and her energy!

Great instructor and a true professional. She speaks clearly and shouts out instructions beforehand so you know what’s coming next. Checks in to be sure no one is having difficulty. Gives alternatives for those that may have difficulties. Great experience!

Class: Conquer & Flow - Intermediate Kettlebell
I really appreciate having access to these class recordings. They are uploaded quickly, which means that I can do the class that same day at a time that is convenient for me. I also enjoy being able to come back to a particular class or movement pattern for extra practice.

Class: Strong Simmah! All Levels Strength
After 2 years of doing zero workouts, only because of my laziness and a touch of depression, Mandy has made it easy to get moving again. I’ve been afraid of how long it would take me to “get back” and have a workout actually feel good. Mandy’s program is perfect for those getting back to it, like me, but also for those that have been doing it for awhile. She’s made it so each exercise can be made harder or easier and I’ve discovered how quickly my strength is returning. The absolute best part is rolling out of bed, throwing on my shoes and getting to it! Who needs coffee?!

Class: Conquer & Flow - Intermediate Kettlebell
After becoming fluent and comfortable with all the kettlebell basics covered in Mandy’s Bell Burn, this was a great way to “level up.” I love the flow concept and get soooo sweaty. Mandy’s cueing is excellent, as always! How does she know when I need that reminder to engage my core through a standing plank? I’ll be back for more!

Class: Bell Burn- 30 Minute, High Intensity Intervals
Mandy is energetic, fun and motivating! Her workouts really work your whole body, and she does a great job of showing modifications for different levels. Each workout is different, which helps to keep it motivating. The 30 minutes fly by quickly! I don’t love exercise, but I look forward to doing Mandy’s workouts!

Class: Excel I, Semi-Private Kettlebell, Level 1
This was my first time doing a semi-private class, and it was a game changer to be able to focus specifically on MY form and MY needs throughout the class (especially in this era of working out alone at home). Mandy always gives helpful cues to maximize efficiency & safety, and I felt like I got plenty of individualized help through the virtual platform. If you are looking to up your game and get more out of your workouts, go for semi-private!
