Shereen is my absolute favorite workout guru and health and wellness coach. Her workouts are perfectly timed, and balanced with the best tunes to match. Her energy and positive attitude compliment the sessions perfectly and the zen meditations at the end are always so unique and uplifting. I always feel amazing after all of them. 100% recommend.

The class was awesome! I especially liked how hard Shereen pushed us and made it even more intense. The mix of upper body exercises and yoga-style breathing gave it a unique feel. Definitely would do again.

Shereen is genuinely *the* *best* ! I love the intentions she set before each class, and her focus on good form while holding classes remotely is so impressive. I always feel like I get a good sweat, center my mind, and improve my posture. Can't wait for Sunday's!

Shereen’s class was great! I really appreciate how Shereen has variations for a lot of moves to accommodate those who may not be able to perform specific exercises. The class definitely gets my heart rate up; be prepared to sweat! Thanks Shereen!

Amazing class!! The different moves really challenged my strength and endurance. Shereen is super upbeat and motivating - pushes everyone in the class to challenge ourselves throughout the whole workout! Also, Shereen has great taste in music. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! HIGHLY recommend Shereen's classes!!
