Class: CORE CARDIO- 30 MIN HIIT
Class was amazing!! Really pushed us to activate our core and sweat it out every second of the session. Clear instructions for every movement and she guides us to work with integrity throughout. She does a great job constantly changing the pace of the class between quick cardio movement to steady use of core muscles.

This class was just the right amount of challenging! I love Shereen's encouraging words and reminders of mindfulness to the core. Time to turn these flabs into abs!!!

Class: Full Body- 30 min HIIT
AMAZING. Shereen is theee best yoga instructor!! Her classes are so fun and high-intensity. For only 30 minutes, you are guaranteed a sweat and a release of endorphins and dopamine. In other words, you will feel the good good (your body will thank you)!! No class is the same, and every class is strategically constructed with functional and power movements that parallel her unique playlist. Your mental and physical strength, balance, and coordination will definitely be challenged! Shereen's soothing voice and positive energy guides you through practice from start to finish, and offers modification and helpful cues. Please do yourself a favor, and sign up for her classes!! You can only benefit from joining :) Today's intention: progress, not perfection.

Class: Mindful Monday-Vinyasa Flow- 45 mins
I love the Vinyasa flow and the intentions that come with the class. Wow, this class is such a great breath of fresh air in the midst of my other workout sessions. Truly makes Mondays a day to look forward to. These classes allow me to unwind, slow down, and open my heart and hips!!

Class: Full Body- 30 min HIIT
My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy And there was almost vomit on my sweater. I swear, the class is work out. It starts by deceiving you into thinking it is just a relaxing yoga class then pimps slaps you with the HIIT exercises. No kidding I hid out of camera to catch my breath. But I'll be back!!! My momma didn't raise no quitter!

Shereen's class was meditative, relaxing, and energizing all in one for a vinaysa flow. I would highly recommend Shereen's classes for her inspirational and positive vibes! :)

Shereen is the BEST! Her workouts are challenging and motivate you to push yourself, leaving you feeling accomplished, renewed, and refreshed. Her music is awesome too and always fits the vibe. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up; I highly recommend Shereen’s classes!
