I look forward to Shereen’s Vinyasa flow class every week. I appreciate how Shereen continually demonstrates various Yoga pose modifications to accommodate those with injuries or limited range of motion! An incredibly rewarding yoga practice, I recommend this class to everyone. Thanks Shereen!

This class was so great! This was my first yoga class and I was nervous I would not be able to keep up. Shereen did an amazing job at talking you through the class and providing great motivation. I am so excited to continue her classes!!

Class: 30 min HIIT Classes
Class was amazing! Shereen led the class at a very great pace transitioning between high to low intensity. She always keeps us moving til the very end. Legs were definitely put to work!

Class: CORE CARDIO- 30 MIN HIIT
Class is awesome for a Friday night: short and sweet! There is constant movement in the practice and you feel the burn from the time under tension. I always look forward to Shereen's classes and learn new moves every session.

Shereen is an amazing instructor, always talking you through every position and breath. I love that she includes vinyasa, and she encourages you to progress but be mindful and really move your body! Her flows go so fast and I always feel refreshed after a session with her!
