Hi and thanks for making it here to the virtual studio! You're probably here because you are interested in improving your wellbeing in some way. My intention with these virtual offerings is to share teachings and practices that I've learned over the years that have changed my health and my lifestyle overall. I've combined a variety of modalities that I've found most impactful and have packaged them together in a way that is practical to integrate into your life and routines. Naushad is a former collegiate soccer player and tech startup employee turned holistic health coach. He helps high performing individuals and teams overcome chronic pain, develop healthy habits, and improve wellbeing. 

As a health coach, he empowers you to discover your own wisdom and strength to move beyond obstacles to behavior change. He holds you accountable, supports you without judgement, and partners with you in a thought-provoking discussion to maximize your personal potential.

As a mind-body coach and therapist, Naushad weaves together meditation and breathwork practices, functional strength, yoga, corrective exercise, primal movement, and qigong. He guides you through improving movement quality, and enhancing body awareness to build sustainable health and longevity.
