Work on the strength drills that will take your yoga postures to the next level. In this class we use time under tension training, which forces the muscle to work harder thus optimising muscle strength, growth and endurance with no equipment needed. Each strength drill is followed by a mobility drill, so you lengthen the muscles as you activate them.
All levels are welcome as we offer modifications and progressions for every exercise.

What to expect
We will start off with a 10 minute warm up at the beginning of class. We then move through a flow that focuses on strengthening and lengthening different parts of the body.
After class, I generally stick around to answer any questions you may have. See you soon!
