Nick is the best - hugely well informed, low-key, friendly, responsive to his students, and knowledgeable. Any other qi gong teacher I have tried is a disappointment in comparison to him.

My first class. It was great! I have degeneration in my vertebrae in the neck, and some chronic pain and stiffness in my shoulders and upper back and the class really focused on these areas. I felt loose, calm and grounded at the end.

Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
