All you really need is 30 minutes to get in a killer workout as long as you use your time efficiently- and we do! Not a second is wasted in this circuit-style workout that targets the core both days and focuses on the upper body on Mondays, and the lower body on Wednesdays.
MONDAY: UPPER BODY + CORE
WEDNESDAY: LEGS, GLUTES + CORE
This is a circuit of 7 exercises that we perform for 4 rounds, using the first round as our warm-up.
We focus on form over reps in these classes and emphasize staying injury-free, listening to our bodies' feedback daily and having some fun all while pushing ourselves to the next fitness level.
I will always offer variations on exercises depending on your level and how your body is feeling any particular day (because we all know our bodies can change day to day if we're really listening).
That being said, get ready to WORK HARD AND SWEAT!
I recommend getting a set of resistance bands with handles as well as mini bands, and some free weights. I always do my best to offer variations that use only bodyweight if you don't have any equipment.
