This is our usual 45-minute LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training class now condensed into 30 minutes of productive, efficient fun!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday we bust our butts for 30 minutes. Each day we focus on a certain area of the body so that by the end of the week your whole body is smokin'! Just because the title says low-impact, these are high-intensity workouts. And for those out there who love plyometrics (jumping) I'll always give a jumping option as well. Work hard for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds. Repeat. Be prepared to sweat.
MONDAY- CORE + CARDIO
WEDNESDAY- LEGS AND GLUTES
FRIDAY- UPPER BODY
All classes can be done without equipment however the upper body class on Fridays we use resistance bands (and sometimes weights, but resistance bands alone will do).
I accommodate and encourage all levels, from beginner to advanced, so variations are always offered. This workout is for everyone! I focus on injury prevention, longevity and quality over quantity every single time.
