I would like shorter breaks between sets, maybe 30 sec. but loved the variety and am sore this morning! Also I liked how you demonstrate with weights, bands and no equipment. Thanks Kristi!

A great intro class with a variety of movements. Set up with detailed instruction in between rounds, that gives you just enough break time to catch your breath and grab some water. Recommended for any level and minimal equipment needed.

Class: Muscle Max
This is a simple class in theory, with straight-forward slow lifts. But the intentional slow reps push you to max burn. I will be playing around with weights during this one, to find that perfect balance and effort.
