Need a strength training class that you can do outside the gym?  MOVEstrong is for you!  MOVEstrong utilizes low-to-moderate weight with high reps so that you can get a great workout with little-to-no equipment.  Looking to increase your muscle mass?  You can also do this workout with heavier weights.  This group fitness class with energizing music will have you coming back!

Hour long strengthening classes are daunting to me but not this one! Kristi's format of each round of exercises lasting the length of a song or two helps this class fly by. Her tips for proper form as well as modifications are very helpful.

Moved right along and pushed my muscles to burn. Harder class than it looks, but in a good way!

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
