This program is for the the lady who desires to implement a workout plan but struggles with finding consistency in their schedule and needs a little accountability.

Receive private one-on-one sessions with workouts targeted towards your specific goals! 

Workouts are 45 - 50 minutes and include: 
  •  5 - 10 minute warm-up
  • 30 - 35 minute workout
  •  5 - 10 minute cool down

Equipment Needed:
  • 5 - 10 lb dumbells
  • Bottle of water
  • Sweat towel
  • Space to move around
