This program is for the the lady who desires to implement a workout plan but struggles with finding consistency in their schedule and needs a little accountability.
The Miss.Fit community comes together 2-3 times a week to perform workouts led by Miss.Fit Fitness founder/owner, Stephanie Mickens.
These sessions have something for ALL fitness types and serves as a great intro to the Miss.Fit Fitness PUSHer+ training programs.
Equipment needed:
Open space
Bodyweight
Set of dumbbells (5 - 10 lbs)
