Kick-off your week on Mondays with a morning "STRETCH" -- this class mixes yoga inspired moves with bodyweight and light dumbbell exercises to wake you up and give a boost of energy for the week ahead!
Join me on Wednesday mornings and midday on Fridays for "LIFT"--strength-focused training geared at toning and strengthening the body using light to medium dumbbells.
All classes can be taken from home! All you need:
