The approach is a unique blend of Ecopsychology and The 8 Limbs of Yoga, and the combination invites nature and one's true nature to partner on the journey of Self.

mindful on the water wellness sessions is the intersection of yoga and ecopsychology. This therapeutic approach is more than a yoga class and not traditional talk therapy in an office chair. It is a dynamic breath in motion with slow sensual meditative movements in a natural outdoor setting that inspire personal growth and transformation.
The practice combines breathing exercises, movements, and meditation with the intention to synergistically awaken the vitality of breath, activate the energetic centers, and regulate the flow of energy while creating internal and external bliss with the natural world.
SUP Women's Circle
ABOUT: SUP Pranayama Chakra Meditation Women's Circle is an on-the-water wellness practice for women to be in nature and to fill her cup. It is a small group of four women.
We set out for an easy ten-minute paddle, anchor, or connect our SUPs, establish a comfortable seat, and begin the pranayama chakra meditation.
When we are done, we will close with some free intuitive movements, or lay in savasana with nature, and integrate the amazing energy work you just did for yourself. Then happily, we will make our way back to shore.
The element of water and wildlife provide a peaceful, easy feeling of serenity.
Bring your own board or rent/reserve one at the nearby paddlesport store.
Men, Nature & Meditation
About: Men, Nature & Meditation is an earth-based-yoga-therapy mini-retreat for men to be in nature and chill out. The retreat is for a small group of four men.
We begin with introductions, then establish a comfortable seat on our yoga blankets, and begin the pranayama chakra meditation. When we are done we will close with free form yoga movements, wander in wonder, or stay in savasana with nature to integrate the amazing energy work you just did for yourself.
The element of earth and wildlife provide a peaceful place of stability, safety, and security.
Bring a blanket and water.
