Pranayama Chakra Meditation is a wellness session especially for creating emotional well-being, energetic balance, and peace of mind.

The practice combines pranayama, bandha movements, and meditation to awaken the vitality of breath, activate the energetic centers, and regulate the flow of energy that promotes a state of bliss & harmony.

Cancellation (paid drop-ins)
Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
