This 45 minute class will focus on strength training with weights. Ideally, you'll have a couple of Dumbbells and/or a kettlebell to work with. If you're just starting out 1-4kg each, 2-8lb, and for kettlebells 8-15lbs, 4-10kg.
The intensity will be a little lower, but you'll be working just as hard, torching calories and toning up in this full body workout.
What to expect
This class runs for 45 minutes and meets 1 time per week. We will start off with a warm up at the beginning of class, then get into the strength training, ending with core and stretching.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle and a towel, as well as dumbbells and your kettlebell if you like. If you don't have dumbbells, try cans of food, bottles of water, wine - whatever you have on hand to add a little resistance.
