Wake up and get moving with some morning power vinyasa yoga! All-levels appropriate. We'll move breath-to-movement and provide plenty of modifications to make practice custom to you. Bring a mat, some water, and let's flow!

Just what I needed for my Wednesday morning! Liz lead the class at a good pace for any level, reminding us to do what we can but also encouraging us to push ourselves through each pose. I would highly recommend this early morning Vinyasa class Thank you Liz! :)

Lots of Fun! The music selection was on point. The poses got my heart rate going, but wasn’t so hard that I felt like I couldn’t keep up. I’m definitely coming back for Saturday next week.

The class kicked my butt!! It was great. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear your directions, because your voice was softer than the music at times, but overall I really enjoyed the class. Thank you!

this class was sooo amazing!! I loved the incorporation of abs & I was finally able to do a backbend after she warmed us up with lots of stretching. This woke me up & prepared me for my day! adding this class to my practice 😊..Thank you so much 🙌🏼namaste 🙏🏼

Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
