Discover the connection of yoga and strength training through the mindful practice of yoga sculpt. Yoga Sculpt is a vinyasa yoga practice that incorporates free weights, strengthening exercises and cardio. Typically students will work up to an anaerobic heart rate for maximum caloric burn. 

Classes may have a specific body focus, but a whole body workout is guaranteed. This format is a great compliment to more traditional styles of yoga and nourishes parts of the body where strength is integral to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
