This class was everything I needed and more! It was so lovely (& more challenging) doing yoga outside! It was a wonderful change of scenery & as always, Lina provided the beats and a stimulating but peaceful sequence. I'm really looking forward to the next Park Yoga session and highly recommend it!

Perfect day for an outdoor workout. Great instructor, great music, lovely change of scenery. Just the right thing to do on a cool fall day that's so refreshing. Try it!
