Lina's meditation classes have really helped me focus on myself and connect with my mind. With all the things going on with modern-day living, there is no peaceful second where your mind is quiet. Meditation classes have allowed me to learn to spend some time in quietness and be present with myself.

Getting centered is better with others and Lina's meditations are the best way I've found to do that. Her messaging is always something to think about but also relaxing. Highly recommend.

Meditation with Lina is really wonderful. She is a great instructor! She guides you into a state of relaxation, both in body and mind, so that you can enter into a very present meditation with yourself. She also provides great philosophical literature that goes along with the intentions of the guided meditation she leads.

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
