Join me in this workout that's completely focused on strengthening your core muscles.

Your core is the centre of your entire body and is what helps us throughout our day to day life, keeping us balanced and helping us lift such things as washing, shopping and children.

Without these important muscles we struggle to do the simplest of tasks so why not join me in this half hour workout that will help to strengthen these muscles and improve your balance.

A soft surface such as a mat, rug or carpet is required.
