Wake up with me and get your body and mind off to the best start.

We will start with a few mindful exercises and end with a gentle stretch to help wake up our muscles, sure to give you the best start to your day!!

A notebook/piece of paper, pen and a mat is required or soft surface such as a blanket/towel/rug.
