Cross Training Workouts, specifically designed for bodies over 40, 50 and beyond

Welcome to the tribe!

Each day we do a different workout.  This is the idea behind cross training.  It prevents you from hitting fitness plateaus, overtraining and from getting bored.
The workouts range from light weights with high reps to heavier weights and intervals (HIITs).
I have them arranged in a specific order, so if you are able, follow them in the same sequence, even if it's not on the same day I teach them.

Equipment Recommendations:
• Dumbbells and or kettlebells of various weights. 
• Loop band for around thighs. 
• Long resistance bands with or without handles. 
• Pilates ring or a ball or pillow you can squeeze between your thighs.  A chair or bench you can put your feet on.  A book or plank you can put your heels on for squats.

*You don't need to have everything here.  Bring what you have and we can improvise for what you don't have.  (Water bottles make great substitutes for dumbbells).

Jill’s class was terrific! It was easy to see and hear and the workout was superb! Jill gets down to business but keeps it light and fun at the same time. That is harder than it looks and Jill does it effortlessly, and looks great all at the same time! Excellent instructor!

Good, hard, pretty intense class. Jill is so knowledgeable. I was SWEATING!! It's a bit awkward and not as fun to work out at home with my phone.

The technology was easy to use, I was able to see and hear the class well. This class was amazing!! I had to do some modifications, this class is whatever you want to make of it, Jill gave really clear instructions, she helped me get my form correct for maximum benefits and I'm looking forward to the next class.... after a day of rest and hydration! Thank you for the awesome class!!

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
