Welcome to the tribe!

Each day we do a different workout.  This is the idea behind cross training.  It prevents you from hitting fitness plateaus, overtraining and from getting bored.
The workouts range from light weights with high reps to heavier weights and intervals (HIITs).
I have them arranged in a specific order, so if you are able, follow them in the same sequence, even if it's not on the same day I teach them.

Equipment Recommendations:
Dumbbells and or kettlebells of various weights.  Loop band for around thighs.  Resistance band with or without handles.  Pilates ring or a ball or pillow you can squeeze between your thighs.  A chair or bench you can put your feet on.  A book or plank you can put your heels on for squats.
*You don't need to have everything here.  Bring what you have and we can improvise for what you don't have.  (Water bottles make great substitutes for dumbbells).

Jill’s class format and workout are really great and fun at the same time. They move along smoothly and before you know the 45 minutes or more are done. You can’t ask for more than to get your own personal trainer combined with a studio gym vibe, in the comfort of your own home, paired with some great music. Jill classes are designed for every level of fitness type, and she will advise you on how to adjust the level you need. You’ll definitely be breaking a sweat and you’ll feel your body working hard, and you’ll be sore after, feeling the pain for some gain... I realized that doing your workouts on your own, doesn’t compare, because her classes address just about every muscle group, and she makes certain that your form is correct so that you don’t risk injury. These classes are so convenient as well, if you can’t make the exact time of the live class, no worries, you can catch up later on on your own schedule... so you won’t have any excuse to miss a workout and you won’t want to when you get started. She brings some fun and humor to your workout, so you keep going and feel like it’s your mini, much needed and well deserved escape, that gives you the benefit of staying in good shape !

I was not able to join the live class but I did take it later in the afternoon and enjoyed it. It's a challenging workout and I'm looking forward to being able to do the whole class with out any modifications on my part.

Jill is amazing. I loved her class and can't wait for more. She is conscious of all fitness levels and injuries. You can tell how much she cares as she guides you through the class. Thanks for a kick butt workout!

Cancellation (paid drop-ins)
Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
