Express workouts are 25 - 30 minutes long and perfect for when you're short on time, not up for a full length class or need a little extra workout.
- 10 am PST - Ab Lab optional gear: loop band, ring, dumbbell
- 10 am PST - Booty Blast Loop bands, dumbbells & Pilates ring optional.
- **8 am PST - No Rest Tabata Express! 4 min. rounds of HIIT intervals, 20 seconds work / 10 sec. rest. Short, sweet and sweaty!💦**
- **8 am PST - Meta Melt Express longer intervals for strength and cardio, heavier weights suggested**
