There aren't many people who haven't heard of Zumba these days. In my own words, Zumba is one of the easiest ways to get a workout without really noticing how much exercise you are doing (I average 6000 steps in a full class). It is great for those who love music and dancing (though you don't have to be a 'good' dancer, most people realise that they are more coordinated than they realised). And most of all, it's a really good laugh and so much fun to do as a group. Every class I have ever had have made long term friends with others from coming regularly and I love that.

How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
