This is a short sharp class as requested by many of you. We will do a quick warm up, an intense middle section and a stretch at the end. We will keep it varied so you are continuously challenging your body in each session. There are always options and you don't have to be mega fit to do this class. Sometimes this is a HIIT class, sometimes it is slower and more strength based and different every time to keep challenging the body.
