This is a short sharp class as requested by many of you.  We will do a quick warm up, an intense middle section and a stretch at the end.  We will keep it varied so you are continuously challenging your body in each session.  There are always options and you don't have to be mega fit to do this class.  Sometimes this is a HIIT class, sometimes it is slower and more strength based and different every time to keep challenging the body.

It really helps me to get information from you beforehand on any injuries or issues so that I can be aware and offer suitable options. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace and stop for water if needed. 

If you are attending this class in person for the first time, please PM me at francesbavinfitness@gmail.com and you will find us here Malleny Park, Balerno EH14 7AF  There is free parking and we will be behind the clubhouse (or inside if it is raining).

You will need a mat and some water.

Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
