In this 45 minute class we flow through different exercises, warming up with the harder ones at the start and gently calming it down towards the end of the class with some deep stretches. The aim is to come away feeling like you've worked the whole body and feel calm and happy.
This class is suitable for all levels and I show options throughout. It helps to get information on any injuries before the class so I can factor that in.
