About
This class is about half cardio (dancey fun aerobics), a quarter strength exercises, usually with an extra focus on the core and arms, and a quarter stretching.

I try to make the class suitable for all abilities and challenging for you at your level.  We will repeat some of the routines for a few weeks so you get the hang of them but there is always something new and different strength exercises each session.

It really helps me to get information from you beforehand on any injuries or issues so that I can be aware and offer suitable options. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace and stop for water if needed.

Thanks Frances for another great mash up Zumba. Good mix of dance, cardio and strengthening. Gets my brain going as well as my body on a Saturday morning! A really lovely way to start a weekend. You make the classes inviting and fun and have a good way of setting the pace according to the mood of the day! Outdoors is surprisingly fun too!
