This class is about half cardio (dancey fun aerobics), a quarter strength exercises, usually with an extra focus on the core and arms, and a quarter stretching.
I try to make the class suitable for all abilities and challenging for you at your level. We will repeat some of the routines for a few weeks so you get the hang of them but there is always something new and different strength exercises each session.
