It is so important to work on your flexibility, not just after a workout but throughout the week. But it's easy to forget isn't it? This class is here for anyone who does forget. You can use the video afterwards to help you practice again in the week.
There will be hard bits, there will be relaxing bits and you should finish the class feeling relaxed and, quite possibly, a bit taller!
