I haven’t done a live yoga class since I had my ACL revision surgery and I am so happy I did today! Really liked this flow and I was able to do a lot more than I thought. I appreciated the modifications given and the pace of the class! Will definitely be signing up again soon!

I wasn't able to attend it live but I followed the recording and it felt so nice! It was easy to follow and there were options for each pose which I loved, and I feel so good now.

Class was wonderful. Jacquie is kind and a fantastic yoga instructor. She leads class with inspiring messages and has perfectly constructed playlists that correspond with the flow of class.

Wow! The candlelight vinyasa flow this evening was just what I needed to let go of the week and center. Jackie lead a soothing flow that left me feeling chill and at peace❤️

I did this class as a recording, and it was perfect for what I needed tonight. 30 minutes is a nice way to relieve stress and relieve lower back pain, which I sorely needed after sitting at my desk all day today. I’m going to need more of this as we return to office life.

This 30 minute class was so perfect for after a busy work day. I was so happy to squeeze a yoga session in and leave feeling stretched, refreshed and relaxed.
