Weights are required. 

Beginner use between 5 - 7.5% of bodyweight
Intermediate use between 7.5 - 10% of bodyweight
Advanced use between 10 - 15% of bodyweight

Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
