BW Foundations- This class will use bodyweight only, but will help you establish a strong foundation for future strength/cardio success. The idea of creating this class for our members was for you to start small and end big. Using your bodyweight is a great option for those of you who don't have access to equipment or any beginners to strength training.

Cancellation (paid drop-ins)
Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
