HIIT Squad- This 45 minute class will combine strength training with intervals of cardio exercises to train you in that fat burning zone. Weights & bands will be used in this class - modifications will be shown if these pieces of equipment are unavailable to the member.

Kardio Kickboxing- High intensity cardio kick boxing. Intervals of boxing moments, kickboxing movements as well as bootcamp style HIIT movements. No equipment required for this workout - you will need space to move.

I think this was for the Zumba class last night. I tried Zumba for the first time last night, and I personally didn’t care for it too much even though JoJob did a fantastic job.

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
