Backstrokes 2. Chest openers or seal jacks 45 sec on / 5-10 sec rest / x4 rounds “down and backs” with extended recovery at halftime *complete these movements 1 → 7 and then repeat going backwards 7 → 1. Take an extended recovery between rounds 2 & 3 and repeat all over again. 1. Alternating SA fly → to row 2. SA kneeling DB snatch - R 3. SA kneeling DB snatch - L 4. Bear Crawl step in and out → to 2 plank jacks 5. Seated pike position alternating SA Arnold press 6. DB T - push-ups 7. Downdog → to core stabilizers
