Kettlebell KNOCKOUT - All KB Lower Body- January 21, 2022
Warm-Up: repeat 3-4 times
1. High knees (~1 minute)
2. Alternating high knee pulls (20 reps)
3. Toe hold deep squat → to hip lift (20 reps)
4. Glute bridge walkout → to glute bridge marches (10 reps)
Workout: 45 sec on / 15 sec rest / x4 knockout rounds
1. Sumo squat with a pulse → to relevé calf raise
2. KB squat clean
3. SA Racked Curtsy Lunge - 2 sets on each side
4. KB squat → to RDL
5. KB alternating reverse lunges (alternate hands every rep)
Finisher: 25 sec on / 10 sec rest / x4 knockout rounds
