Try to complete 100 reps of each movement before the 3 minutes is up. 1. 100 alternating plyo lunges 2. 100 DB front squats 3. 100 elevated wide mountain climbers / spidermans 4. 100 OH shoulder press 5. 100 high knees 6. 100 KB swings 7. 100 bicep curls 8. 100 squat thrusters (or bottom half burpees) 9. 100 crunches or sit-ups (any variation)
