A quick-paced class designed to maximize your results through a variety of functional exercises. The movements are designed to increase your overall fitness, toning, strength and flexibility.

This body strength and toning class accommodates any variety of weights and equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, body weight, etc.) that you have at home.  You may also want to have a mat available.  Each class will be unique and focus on different parts of the body including lower body, upper body, and core, as well as some full body workouts too! All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and modification ideas will be provided to best suit every fitness level.

This class will leave you feeling empowered, ready to tackle whatever the day brings, and help you destress from the demands of the day!  You will feel valued and inspired by my individualized attention and encouragement.  I will challenge you mentally and physically while also making you feel like you are unstoppable!  While you are encouraged to go at your own level, this is a quick-paced class designed to maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible. The movements are designed to increase your overall fitness, toning, strength and flexibility.  By the end of the 45 minutes you will be drenched with sweat and feeling like a million bucks from the rush of endorphins!

What You'll Need To Know
If you do not have a full weight set, that's okay!  You can make due with random pairs of weights of all different values.  Look around your home and find some common household items that can add weight to your workout like: shampoo bottles, soup cans, water bottles, laundry detergent, your pets or children (wink!), etc.  Get creative and have fun with it! 

You may want to wear sneakers for these workouts, but some people prefer bare feet.

You'd be surprised how much you burn in a short time with minimal rest. The Express class is perfect paired with either the 30 or 45min spin!

15 min ab class! I loved it. Perfect amount of time! Summer abs are made in snow weather!

Awesome class! LOVED it. I would love to do more but the times in the morning are too late for me to get to work. Can I access recordings?! I would definitely do those daily!! Thanks!

I loved this class. I love to switch it up so this was perfect. I burned a ton of calories which is always awesome.

Challenging Tabata workout, thunderstruck finisher got me! Fun and high energy and you’re right 10seconds isn’t enough time to dance between sets. Great class

No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
