This class will leave you feeling empowered and ready to tackle whatever the day brings! With careful consideration given to the playlist, this class is beat-driven and choreographed to the music. In addition to a variety of choreographed moves, expect Britt to throw in a few sets of high-rep arm exercises on the bike using light dumbbells (1-5 lb. is recommended).
You will feel valued and inspired by Britt's individualized attention and encouragement. She will challenge you mentally and physically while also making you feel like you are unstoppable! By the end of the 60 minutes you will be drenched with sweat and feeling like a million bucks from the rush of endorphins!
What You'll Need To Know
You may want to have a water bottle and towel available on your bike. You may also want to have a pair of light dumbbells nearby to incorporate arms into your ride. You are not required to have your camera turned ON, but Britt encourages her riders to take advantage of their video feature so that she can see you, better connect, engage, encourage, and correct form.
*This is a cycling class, but all cardio machines are welcome! Britt welcomes treadmill and elliptical runners in her cycling classes too! Cardio bunnies unite! :o)
