This class will leave you feeling empowered and ready to tackle whatever the day brings!  With careful consideration given to the playlist, this class is beat-driven and choreographed to the music.  You will feel valued and inspired by my individualized attention and encouragement.  I will challenge you mentally and physically while also making you feel like you are unstoppable!  By the end of the 45 minutes you will be drenched with sweat and feeling like a million bucks from the rush of endorphins!

What You'll Need To Know
You may want to have a water bottle and towel available on your bike.  You may also want to have a pair of light dumbbells nearby to incorporate arms into your ride.  You are not required to have your camera turned ON, but I encourage riders to take advantage of the video feature so that I can see you, better connect, engage, encourage, and correct form.

*This is a cycling class, but all cardio machines are welcome!  You're encouraged to follow along to class whether you're on an outdoor walk or run, a treadmill, or elliptical. :o)

Brittaney’s classes are seriously amazing!!! Each class you know she will be high energy to motivate you, kick your butt, and have the best playlist! Her classes have changed my life since I started in August 2020. Highly recommend!!!

Cancellation (paid drop-ins)
Cancel before your scheduled class start time, receive a full refund.
No refunds if you cancel a booking after the scheduled class start time.
Recordings
Your host may offer access to a recording of this class to participants after class ends. Members can access recordings to classes booked as long as their membership is active and current. Non-members who book a drop-in will have up to 7 days after class ends to access the recording. Your host may choose remove access to class recordings at any time.
